We offer custom paint options to match your personal style or fulfill HOA guidelines. If you’d like or are required to meet extra HOA criteria, we can also upgrade the shed’s siding. You have the option to switch from LP Smartside wood siding to either vinyl siding or Hardie Board lap siding. Contact us for siding options and other siding customization options such as Board and Batten or metal siding.

If you’re purchasing a shed, we offer a shed demo and removal service for your existing shed. Contact us to discuss shed size, contents, and material type to determine the cost. Average Demo Cost – $7/sf + dump fee.
Our standard shed is based on either concrete blocks or 4×4 skids. Customize your base with either a gravel pad or concrete slab.
